There is a 14 day window from the day your item is delivered to you that you can contact Mountain Maple Woodworks to initiate a return. Returns will not be accepted for custom furniture. Returned items must be receive by Mountain Maple Woodworks in new condition and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If a damaged item is received, Mountain Maple Woodworks reserves the right to deduct the total amount it cost to fix said item from your refund amount. Refunds will only be issued once the item has arrived and been inspected by Mountain Maple Woodworks. Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment that is used to purchase the item. Return shipping is paid for by you and the initial shipping is not refundable.
Lifetime warranty on furniture for the original owner. This is only for structural or workmanship issues. It does NOT cover wear and tear, abuse, misuse or accidental damage.
